Vendor locations can accommodate 10X30 tent or trailer (this includes hitch). Hook-up for electricity is available up to 50 amps upon request prior to the event. Water source is available; however, direct hook-up is not. Tents, tables and chairs will not be provided. All food vendors will be assigned an arrival time on Saturday, June 14th. Please be aware of heavy traffic when loading and unloading.

Early arrivals will not be accommodated.

Any vendor selling food items is considered a food vendor and must complete this form.

Certificate of Insurance, Food/Beverage License and List of Menu Items are required with this application. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Limited space for food vendors. Application will be processed on a first come, first served basis and must accompany full payment to be considered. Locations and spaces for vendors are at the discretion of the Okie Noodling Committee.

  • Vendors must provide their own extension cords.

  • Vendors are required to keep their immediate area clean during the event and must dispose of their own trash. 

  • Vendors will not be allowed to sell beer. 

  • No more than 2 vendors may sell similar food items.

  • No RV parking available. All vendor parking is off-site

  • 10X10 Food Vendor Space: $125.00 – This is for a tent, no trailer of any type.

Items not provided: extension cords, tables, chairs, water, tents and trash receptacles. Solicitation and/or distribution of materials away from your trailer is prohibited by any vendor. The City has requested you use electrical walkovers to cover your cords and prevent a tripping hazard.

*** The City of Pauls Valley and The Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible in any way for the loss or damage of any property belonging to any participant. Payment of your space fee does not secure your spot in the tournament. All participants will be notified of their entry status once the committee has had a chance to review your application. ***
