Pay Court Fines
The ticket you received is a legal document charging you with a violation. It requires you to take certain action. You must either enter a plea or appear in court at the initial appearance date and time listed on your ticket. This date is written on the ticket above your signature. The plea information is located on the back side of your ticket. If you have questions concerning your citation, you may call the Municipal Court Clerk at 405-238-3308 Ext 155.
You must appear in person to request a payment plan. You must appear in person to request more time to pay. You must appear in person to request a continuance of a court date.
To pay a ticket we accept cash or money order in person at City Hall, or you can pay online below.
Failure to Obey Notice to Appear
It shall be unlawful, and a separate offense, for any person to violate his written promise to appear given to an officer upon the issuance of a notice to appear regardless of the disposition of the charge for which such notice to appear was originally issued.
In the event any person fails to obey a notice to appear or fails to comply with a citation in any manner, the municipal judge shall issue a warrant for their arrest.
A written promise to appear in court may be complied with by an appearance by counsel for the promisor.
A driver’s license suspension notice may be sent to Service Oklahoma on applicable violations.
