Vendor Rules

  • Vendors must accept at least one form of payment other than cash, such as credit cards, Venmo or PayPal.

  • The booth will only be used for the purpose described by the occupant in the application. Any other use of the booth (i.e. sharing with another unnamed occupant) is prohibited.

  • Occupant agrees to keep the booth and the immediate area around the booth clean and neat at all times during the Okie Noodling Tournament.

  • Occupant agrees to properly dismantle their booth at the end of the Okie Noodling Tournament, or at such time the occupant decides to cease operation of the booth. Occupant also agrees when their booth is dismantled that all trash will be properly disposed of and all banners, signs and other materials used in the operation of the booth will be removed from the area. Occupant must provide booth’s trash receptacles.

  • Any literature or promotional material (including signs, banners or products offered by the occupant) that is deemed as questionable in character is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, literature or products that endorse sexual or deviant behavior; weapons; or any other items deemed questionable by the Okie Noodling Planning Committee.

  • Any violation of this agreement will cause the Okie Noodling Planning Committee to take immediate action and, if necessary, shut down occupant’s booth or prohibit occupant from participating at future Okie Noodling Tournaments.

  • An official Okie Noodling Tournament vendor permit will be provided and must be displayed in a visible location during the tournament. Location will be determined by tournament staf

Electricity for Vendor Space
$25.00

Items not provided: extension cords, tables, chairs, water, tents and trash receptacles. Solicitation and/or distribution of materials away from your trailer is prohibited by any vendor. The City has requested you use electrical walkovers to cover your cords and prevent a tripping hazard.

*** The City of Pauls Valley and The Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible in any way for the loss or damage of any property belonging to any participant. Payment of your space fee does not secure your spot in the tournament. All participants will be notified of their entry status once the committee has had a chance to review your application. ***
