DECIDE NOT TO VOTE ON ANY ITEM ON THIS AGENDA. NEW

5. Approval of the consent agenda:

a. Approval of the City of Pauls Valley Regular meeting minutes of January

13, 2026.

b. Approval of the Pauls Valley Tourism Meeting minutes of January 6, 2026.

c. Approval of the Pauls Valley Beautification Commission meeting minutes

of January 12, 2026.

d. Approval of the Pauls Valley Planning and Zoning Commission regular

meeting minutes of January 20, 2026.

e. Approval of Purchase Orders for the period of January 9, 2026 through

January 22, 2026 in the amount of $279,902.96.

6. Consideration of Board appointments, with possible action.

7. For Consideration and possible action, a presentation and update by the Tourism

Department regarding Okie Noodling.

8. For Consideration and possible action, a Presentation by the Tourism Depaitment

regarding the Entertainment District.

9. Consideration of an address by Police Chief Don May, regarding the Notable Grants and

Training for the Pauls Valley Police Department for 2025, with possible action.

10. Consideration of approving the purchase of thirteen Getac Rugged Laptops with docking

stations in the amount of $18,095.00 from Diverse CTI for the Pauls Valley Police

Department which will be funded 100% from the SAFE Grant through the Oklahoma

Attorney Generals Office, with possible action.

11. Consideration with possible action of a rezoning change from A-1 to C-5 for the prope1ty

located at 601 N. Butler Rd. as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

12. Consideration of an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances, City of Pauls Valley.

Oklahoma, by adding an Article Vl!I to Chapter 5 thereof to provide for the regulation of

donation drop boxes; providing for purpose and definitions related thereto; requiring

permits; establishing placement standards: requiring maintenance of drop boxes;

providing for enforcement requirements pertaining thereto and removal procedures for

non-conforming uses; providing for penalties for violations; providing for severability;

and declaring an emergency, with possible action.

13. Consideration of an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances, City of Pauls Valley,

Oklahoma, by adding an Article VI to Chapter 12 thereof to provide for the regulation of

placement of camping and travel trailers within the city limits; providing for purpose;

definitions; violations; citations; notices of violations; abatement of immediate hazards;

occupant removal; hearing; assessment of costs of abatement; liens; penalties; and other

remedies; providing for severability; and declaring an emergency.

14. Consideration of an executive session for discussion of the employment, hiring,

appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried

public officer or employee as authorized by 25 Okla. Stat. § 307(8)( 1 ).

15. Vote to return to Open Session (in the event an executive session is held).
