c. Approval of Pauls Valley Tourism regular meeting minutes of February 3,
2026.
d. Approval of Purchase Orders for the period of January 23, 2026 through
February 5, 2026 in the amount of$184,433.42.
6. Consideration of Board appointments, with possible action.
7. Consideration of approving the January 2026 Financial Statements, with possible action.
8. Consideration of approving a bid from W. Brown Enterprises in the amount of$563,379.93
for the ODOT SH 19 Utility Relocation Project as recommended by Wall Engineering,
with possible action.
9. Consideration of an executive session for discussion of the employment, hiring,
appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried
